We want you to love your HRG Offroad gear. If you're not satisfied with your apparel or wall art purchase, please review our return guidelines below.
Eligible Items for Return or Exchange:

Apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, hats)

Wall Art (if damaged or defective upon arrival)
Return/Exchange Window:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Return Requirements:
All returns must include:

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)

The item(s) in new, unwashed, and unworn condition

Original packaging (if possible)
Non-Returnable Items:

Worn, washed, or damaged items

Final sale or clearance items

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery
To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Please email us at sales@hrgoffroad.com with the following:

Order number
-
Your name and shipping address
-
Reason for return or exchange

Photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.
Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

HRG Offroad does not refund original shipping fees.
Exchanges:

If you need a different size or item, we will ship the replacement once your return is received and processed.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo.

We'll send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.
International Customers:

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is refused due to unpaid fees, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
