Risk Acknowledgment

The installation of a lift kit involves modification to your vehicle’s suspension system, which may impact its handling, stability, and overall performance. You understand that such modifications carry inherent risks, including but not limited to changes in vehicle dynamics, increased rollover potential, and altered braking characteristics. HRG Offroad products are for Off-road use only.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Installing a lift kit may void your vehicle’s manufacturer warranty. It is your responsibility to consult with your vehicle’s manufacturer or authorized dealer regarding the potential impact of lift kit installation on warranty coverage.

Professional Installation

While we strive to provide high-quality installation services, the outcome may vary based on vehicle condition, compatibility, and pre-existing modifications. We recommend consulting with our trained professionals to assess your vehicle’s suitability.

Compliance with Regulations

Lift kit installation may affect compliance with local laws or regulations (e.g., vehicle height, safety, emissions). It is your responsibility to ensure compliance following installation.

Limited Liability

We disclaim liability for damages, injuries, or losses related to the installation or use of a lift kit. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your decision to modify your vehicle.

Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and/or installing a lift kit, you voluntarily assume all risks involved, including property damage, personal injury, death, and financial loss.

Return Policy

  • Returns: Must include an RMA number (requested from the original HRG Offroad dealer/retailer), sales receipt, and a written statement with your name, address, vehicle details, and a description of the issue.

  • Custom Orders: Non-refundable.

  • Condition: Products must be NEW, unused, and in original saleable condition. Products that are scratched, painted, or damaged may incur a 20% restocking fee.

  • Installed/Removed Products: Not returnable unless deemed defective.

  • Return Timeline: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

  • International Returns: Duties/taxes are non-refundable. Refused shipments due to unpaid fees will have return shipping deducted from any refund.

  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refund Processing: Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after return is processed. Additional time may be required by banks.
     

Shipping Policy

  • HRG Offroad ships worldwide via USPS and/or UPS.

  • For a quote, contact us via our Contact Page.

  • We are not responsible for customs fees, brokerage charges, taxes, or other import-related costs.

  • U.S. Territories may also incur additional fees. HRG Offroad does not estimate or collect these charges.
